AUTO CAD : COMPUTER-AIDED DRAFTING
Drafting is a graphic language used by the industry to communicate ideas and plans from the creative design stage through production. Students enrolled in this program will receive training in the fundamental principles of technical drawing, standard procedure for producing designed working drawings of a structure and mechanical devices indicating dimensions, fasteners and joining requirements, and other engineering data. The world of technical drawing and design is going through a period of major transition from manual to automated techniques; Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) has become the standard tool, but elements of the traditional methods and tools remain.

Time:6 months/24 weeks

CADD SOLID WORKS:
Student will learn how to draw by using graphic language used in the industry to communicate ideas and plans from the creative design stage through production. AUTO REPAIR/MODERN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGY
Students will learn Fundamentals of Auto Repair and Maintenance. On the theory student will learn how identity and locate the most important parts of a vehicle, how to repair and maintenance it. Student will learn how to pass ASE State Exam (Automotive Service Excellence). On practical, student will be practice on Auto repair shop. Student will perform hands-on tasks on repair automobile such as: changing oil, brakes, cooling fluid, checking vehicle fluids, tires, replacing engine belts, and doing a “grease job”, glimpse at the transmission system, turn-up, checking battery, replace air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs and troubleshooting. (One year working on shop).

CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT (CNA)
This program is a short term class provides interest students the opportunity to experience the field of nursing skill, anatomy, physiology, nutrition, infection control. Student will learn how to pass the State Exam in Theory and practical. In practical, Student will hands on experience during clinical activities at Clinic Center. After complete this program, student must to take the Exam for Certification by the State of California.

CNC PROGRAMMING:
Students will learn GEOPATH Cad/Cam software system and the G-ZERO Cam software system to write the program for machine shop projects. Students enrolled in this program will also receive training in the fundamental principles of technical programming and introduction to the theory and application of MASTERCAM commands and tools of 2D and 3D modeling and machining. In addition to the improvement of student aptitude in spatial relationships, a basic understanding of computer fundamentals, file management, and software usage (Microsoft Windows NT?2000, Microsoft Office? and others) is taught to aid the student in their computer skills.

Integrated Circuit Layout Mask Design (Mentor Software) The course has been designed to build on the knowledge and skill acquired in IC Layout Mask Design. Base on the knowledge of CMOS transistors, the student will learn more in practical lab to obtain the design and layout techniques of the digital circuits. PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD DESIGN & LAYOUT
Student will design and layout Printed Circuit Boards using Modem full version software. In addition to attending lectures, students complete 4 projects. Each project introduces new concepts and techniques which increase in difficulty culminating with a 6 layer 400 component board. This is a hand on class that requires many lab hours. As a member of the Higher Education program offered by Mentor Graphics, we are proud to use PADS, sophisticated, full-featured board design software, students will learn to create parts and schematics using Power Logic, design and layout boards using Power PCB, and use the advanced routing features of Blaze Router.

SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC DESIGN & INSTALLATION
In this course student will learn Solar Photovoltaic configurations and installation techniques. They will be applied into Residential and Commercial Construction. Upon successful completion of this course, the student will have knowledge for a position of Solar PV Installation in the field.
